 Taxi
Services:
You
can have a van pick you up at your hotel cruise ship,escort
you to the court house to pick up your marriage licence, take
you to and from your wedding destination. Rates vary
pending on number of persons and length of time needed.
If you are coming off a cruise ship you should definitely pre-arrange
a taxi to pick you up from the ship, take you to the court house
and then to your wedding location (this will take about 40 minutes).
It is not a good idea to arrive without your transportation
set in place. There will be taxis when you arrive but they will
be shuttling you in saffari vans to popular tourist desinations
and it will be a daunting task to find a taxi to take you to
the court house and then to your wedding location.
You can have the taxi take you one way and arrange for that
taxi to come back and pick you up at a pre-determined time OR
you can simply catch another taxi when you are ready to go.
You can also have the taxi that takes you there wait for you
while you have your wedding but you will have to pay while the
taxi waits.
Your wedding will be about a half hour to 45 minutes depending
if you are having photos. If you are going to a beach you may
decide to bring your swim wear and stay at the beach for a few
hours or the rest of the day. You can always get a taxi to bring
you to your wedding location and find another taxi to bring
you back when you are ready to leave. Remember that you should
go back to the court house after your ceremony to finalize your
paperwork (see step #9 on the steps page).
If you are staying at a hotel then you can arrange for your
taxi at the front desk of your hotel when you get here.

Limos
& Luxury Sedansss
For the classiest of transportation,
travel in style and have a limo or luxury sedan escort you to
your island wedding. Sedans and Limos are around $75 to $125
+ per hour depending on the vehicle. Most have a 2 hour minimum
(we recommend having the limo for 3 hours to avoid rushing).

Car Rentals
If you are staying on island at a hotel or villa we HIGHLY recommend
renting a car or jeep while you are here. This
will give you the freedom to explore the island as well as get
you to and from your wedding.
If
you are here for a week taxi rides will get expensive. Taxis
charge per person not per vehicle. Therefore, to go just about
anywhere you will pay on average $20 per couple one way and
another $20 per couple to get to another location. You can rent
a car for the whole day for what a few taxi rides will cost
you.
Most car rental companies will deliver
the car to you at the airport or your cruise ship.
Rates vary around $60 per day or $250 per week

- $85 - We can provide you with a
tropical bouquet and boutonniere for $85. Our standard
tropical bouquet will come with a variety of colorful
tropical flowers & arranged with orchids, lillies,
roses & other available flowers depending on the season.
You can put a request in for color themes - whites &
lavendars - bolds - pastels - all whites etc. Simply e-mail
us with your order. Your minister will pick them up for
you.

NOTE on tuxes: We highly recommend that you do not have the groom
in a hot tux. Remember that it is the tropics and he will be hot.
If you do decide on a tux make sure it is not black and that the
material is light and breathable. The same with dresses - light
and breathable!

We recommend that you have your cake after your wedding dinner
or lunch as opposed to on location. You can usually arrange this
directly with your hotel, restaurant, or cruise ship or you can
order directly through our on island bakeries and have them deliver
to your restaurant.

are several first class restaurants on island. Whether you are
here on a cruise ship and want to get in a great lunch or if you
are staying on island looking for a sunset dinner or a reception
for a larger group we have something for everyone. Be sure to
call the restaurant ahead of time and let them know you are getting
married and they will take special care of you. Many times they
can provide a wedding cake after your meal - just ask!

They really made our wedding that much more special. The ceremony was
very touching and meant a great deal to us. The pictures were fabulous.
The flowers were so fresh, beautiful and fragrant. The limo (Honey Bee
Limos) with Buela was just great. She picked us up right there at the
dock and took us to the courthouse and personally walked us in so we
knew right where to go. I can’t tell you how much we appreciate
all you did, to make our wedding day so special, and stress free!! It
turned out so much better than I could have imagined. It was just so
smooth and stress free and went so well. Thank you!
